Chargebacks will incur a 25% transaction fee in addition to the original transaction amount total.
Human error could account for misrepresentations or inaccurate information and pricing on the website. Any instances regarding this type of error may include cancellation of transactions.
All logos and trademarks are property of Major EDC and may not be used in any form without expressed written consent of Major EDC management.
Any attempt to defraud Major EDC or any subsidiaries is grounds for termination of account status and criminal charges with maximum penalties.
Major EDC may disable any account at the discretion of Major EDC management without cause.
Major EDC will attempt to handle any disputes or claims with reasonableness. The final decisions will be made by Major EDC.

A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

Terms of return: Returns may be accepted within 7 days of receipt of items. All new items must be returned in their original packaging with all labels, tags, bags, packing etc. included. Any items not returned in their identical form will not be accepted. Used items are not returnable.
State of return: All new items will be accepted within 7 days of receipt. Items must be in original condition, unused and all tags affixed, paperwork included, packaging intact, etc.
Reason for return: Returns are only accepted for items that are misrepresented.
Process for return: For a return authorization, please email major@majoredc.com for acceptance. Any returns sent without authorization will not be accepted for any reason.
Process of refund: All items returned will incur a 20% restocking fee - no exceptions for any reason. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
